Frank Baldwin, Senior Pastor
“I was called to Orinda Community Church in August, 1998, following pastorates at First Congregational Church (UCC) of Fresno, CA, the Community Church of San Lorenzo, CA, and Meridian United Church of Christ (“The Frog Pond Church”), of Wilsonville, OR. I'm a graduate of Pacific University (OR) and the Yale Divinity School, and have done post-graduate work in preaching and theater at San Francisco Theological Seminary. In 2001 I marked the 30th anniversary of my ordination as a minister of the United Church of Christ. As one who loves virtually every aspect of pastoral ministry, I consider it a special privilege to serve this unique and resourceful congregation. A native of Berkeley, I live in Orinda with my spouse, Margaret. We have three grown children: Lydia, Karl, and Jesse."

David Milnes, Director of Music
Dr. David Milnes coordinates the extensive music ministry of Orinda Community Church as well as playing the sanctuary pipe organ and directing the Chancel Choir. He says, “I grew up in a family of church musicians, love jazz, and teach in the Music Department at Cal, where I am conductor of the UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra.” David has degrees from SUNY and Yale, studied with some of the major musical figures of the 20th century, serves as a guest conductor all around the world, is a noted advocate of new music, and received a Grammy nomination for one of his several recordings.

Sonia Ingebritsen, Minister-in-Training
I am a student at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, serving an internship at Orinda Community Church for the 2007-2008 academic year. I came to the Bay Area from Seattle, WA. I received my undergraduate degree from Pacific Lutheran University (WA). Prior to seminary I worked at various non-profit organizations and as a writer. Dagmar Slovak, Office Manager
I was born in Berlin, Germany and moved to California in the year 2000. I have been working as office administrator/manager in various settings including the hotel, travel and construction industries, teaching, office management and banking.
